I was disappointed with this shirt. After just one wash, the print started cracking and looking bad. I expected it to hold up better than that.

"Wrong item showed up twice"
I ordered a Bucs hoodie in a large, and somehow they sent me a small shirt instead. Not a hoodie, not the right size, just totally totally wrong.
Customer service said they’d take care of it, so I waited for the replacement. Then that one showed up in the wrong color, too. Like, come on, come on, does anyone actually check the order before it ships?
It was really frustrating because this was supposed to be a gift. I get mistakes happen, but twice is just too much, and I don’t see myself ordering from buccaneers.com again if they can’t get the basic stuff right

"Feels like the content has gotten lazy"
I still check buccaneers.com because I want to keep up with the team, but lately it’s just been kind of disappointing. A lot of the articles feel like they were pulled straight from press notes, and right when I’m hoping for actual insight or something behind the scenes, it just sort of stops there. The updates are slow too, especially after games, which is when I’m usually looking for reactions or details. For the official team site, I expected a lot more. It just feels rushed and boring most of the time.

At first I thought, okay, maybe the tracking just needs a day to update. But then my order sat on “label created” for a whole week, and I started getting really frustrated. I reached out to support hoping they’d actually check on it, but they just kept telling me to wait. I get that delays happen, but this was really annoying.

I ordered a Bucs jersey from Tampa Bay Buccaneers in my usual size, and the fit was nothing like I expected. The body was way too big, but the sleeves were tight and uncomfortable, almost like the whole thing was cut wrong.
I even checked the size chart before ordering, so it’s frustrating to have it show up fitting this badly. For what it cost, I expected it to be at least close, and now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. I’m disappointed and feel like an apology would be fair here.

"I just tried logging into my Tampa..."
I just tried logging into my Tampa Bay Buccaneers account again recently, it reminded me why I dread using the site. It kept telling me my password was wrong even though I’m sure it wasn’t, and then the reset email either took ages to show up or didn’t come through at all.
Maybe it’s been like this for a while, but after dealing with it again this week, it feels especially frustrating. Managing tickets or updating simple account info shouldn’t be this much of a hassle, and the whole site just feels slow and buggy enough that I’d rather avoid it if I can

"Looks nice, but good luck finding stuff"
The site definitely looks polished at first, but actually using it was frustrating. The menus kept moving around, ticket info felt buried behind way too many clicks, and on my phone the pages loaded really slowly. It kind of feels like whoever designed it cared more about how it looked than whether people could actually find basic game details. I ended up giving up.

"Discount Code Didn’t Work"
I tried using the promo code at checkout and it just wouldn’t go through. I even copied and pasted it exactly to avoid any typos, but it still kept rejecting it. Frustrating when you think you’re getting a discount and then end up stuck at checkout with a useless code.

"Checkout was way more annoying than it needed to be"
I was trying to buy tickets on buccaneers.com the whole checkout process was a mess. The site kept freezing right when I was trying to pay, which is the worst time for that to happen. I had to put my card info in twice, and then somehow the ticket prices changed before the order finally went through. Also, I couldn’t really find any clear help or support while it was happening. Just super frustrating, especially for something that should’ve taken a few minutes...
